Ok so today is Valentine's day. I received a beautiful card from Charl. Charl got some coughs from me. Not much of a Valentines gift for him. We'll be lounging watching Olympics for most of the day today, I'm still not well enough to go out, but doing far better today than Friday.
Thanks to Dory for the excellent book on Shackelton, entitled Endurance. It has kept me going during some of my sleepless nights.
Not really used to this public blogging thing, but for the sake of those who want to see Charl's progress, you will have to put up with my not-so-able blogging.
I figure photos are always a safe bet, so I'll upload some to the slideshow (lower right).

Haha! Love the photos! I love the story of Shackleton and anything to do with exploration of Antarctica. Hope you two are staying warm!
